All watches will be sent out via a courier and will need to be signed for.
Shave and Skin Care Sets qualify for the choice of either standard or courier delivery.

For Courier Delivery, orders placed before 12 Noon on a weekday (excluding public
holidays) will be delivered one working day later. Orders placed after 12 Noon
on a weekday, or any time on a weekend, or on a public holiday, will be delivered on the second working day.
Courier Deliveries are only delivered on weekdays and
not weekends.
Your order will be delivered in plain, unmarked packaging.

you receive with your order will be in the name of Direct Beauty Products Ltd. Your credit/debit card payment also show

Returns
You have a right to cancel your order for any item from the time it is ordered to within seven working days
of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). Should you cancel the contract we will then
refund you the price you have paid for the products. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of
the goods, which means the goods must be unused. In addition, all our products come with a 30-day money
back guarantee. Send any unopened item back to us within 30 days of ordering for a full refund.
We recommend you use an insured carrier such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We cannot accept
returns past the 30 days from the order shipping date.
Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase. Cheque refunds will be issued within
15 days of receipt of returned items. Credit Card refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of returned items.

A copy of your receipt must be enclosed with the returned goods.
We strongly recommend that you send your returns via Royal Mail Recorded / Special Delivery or a
secure insured carrier that will provide proof of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any returns that go missing.

Warranty
Your time piece is comes with a 1 year warranty. Please keep your payment receipt as proof of purchase as this also acts as your 1 year warranty.
Your timepiece is fitted with a precision quartz movement. This movement is covered against all manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. With the agreed warranty period we will endeavor to either regulate, adjust, repair or replace the movement free of charge.
Caring for your timepiece
Keep your timepiece clean with a soft dry cloth. It is not recommended that abrasive polishes in liquid or cream form be applied to any surface. If your time piece is fitted with a leather strap great care should be taken to avoid contact with water unless the strap is marked water resistant. Ensure that the crown (winder) which is used to change the time and date functions of your timepiece is properly located by pushing towards the watch case or in the case of a screw down crown that the crown is not unscrewed or cross threaded.
Your timepiece is water resistant up to 100m. If you change your battery, it will need to be resealed by a professional jeweller to maintain the water resistance level indicated. If you watch is not resealed your warranty will not be valid.

If for whatever reason you do need to send your timepiece back, please include the reason why you are returning the item and the following contact details: Name, Address, DaytimeTelephone Number, Email Address and a copy of your payment receipt.
